Players play as a teenager hanging out with his friends. Some unfortunate events happen that cause the teenager to go back home. At home, the teenager will have to make a very tough decision that affects themselves and their family.
At the end, players will reflect on how to make certain policies more equitable so that the situation the teenager encounters will be less likely to happen again.
This game is about the inequality in the access to healthcare that many families experience in the United States. I chose this social issue because it’s something that I’ve seen living in the city. Some families are limited to the type of medical care they can receive due to a lack of resources or language barriers.
