StudyCrafter COVID-19 Community Effort
The COVID-19 pandemic has resulted in a health crisis around the world. In response, the StudyCrafter team has put together a number of StudyCrafter projects together.
Our aim with this effort is to educate the public about COVID-19 and get a better understanding of how the public views this outbreak. Play our COVID-19 Featured Projects and contribute to science.
We are also inviting the public to create their own COVID-19 StudyCrafter projects. Capture your own thoughts, situation, or perspectives on the COVID-19 outbreak and share them with the rest of the world. Or just play what others have created by looking at the COVID-19 Community Projects.

There is a ton of information out there on COVID-19. We are making this information available in an interactive format so you can actively learn about the coronavirus. In return, we learn about what you know or think about the situation.
We also want to learn about how different people view the outbreak. This is a unique situation but we may be facing more outbreaks or crises in the future. It will be important to be better prepared in the future – and with your input we can.
Finally, human behavior is key in a pandemic such as COVID-19. Preventing a pandemic is not only about finding a vaccine, but also about understanding and addressing human behavior.
For example, to “flatten the curve” we have to practice “social distancing” by staying at home.
So…play and contribute to science and learn something along the way! We will make all data available to other scientists, educators, and policy makers.
What does it mean to experience the coronavirus? Or what does it mean to sit at home? How do you think the future would look like when this pandemic is over? What do you want to tell other people in this world about this situation? In short, what is your story about COVID-19 that you want to share with all of us. If you have something to share, try to create an interactive project with StudyCrafter.
Or maybe you are simply curious to know what other people would do or think about in this unprecedented situation. You can build an interactive project with StudyCrafter and then collect the player responses to find out.
StudyCrafter is easy and simple to use. No programming expertise is required. And if you run into trouble, we are here to help and assist you to make your project come alive. You can contact firstname.lastname@example.org or join the StudyCrafter #slack channel.
To get started, register to become a “studycrafter” and then start making your own project.
