GENDER PERCEPTIONS IN REALITY.{original}

Motivation

Over the recent decades in most parts of the world, There has been a change in the perceptions of majority, concerning the male and female genders and their roles. The society is gradually dropping the idea of stereotyping females as not being capable of also participating in many of the things their male counterparts do, or even competing with them. The regular saying “what a man can do, a woman can do better” has started to live up to its meaning in a real sense now as the society now believes more in gender equality. This has led to notable changes in gender roles, especially in career and the workplace setting which in my opinion, is highly impressive and of great benefits to the world.

So, this encouraged me to work on this project because I feel the need to observe the current takes of various people on the issue of gender biases. Are there still people who feel the need to encourage or practise it? And if so, why?
